Supriya Declutchable Quarter turn Manual Overrides are used to manually override pneumatic valve actuators, double acting or single acting, in any process application. Specifically designed for Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuators.

FEATURES


  • Torque Range 6000Nm to 100,000Nm 
  • Specifically designed for all types of Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator and Large Size Rack and Pinion Quarter turn Pneumatic Actuators. 
  • The manual override has internal travel stops, which allow for the valve to be independently operated when the actuator removed. 
  • Standard housing material is cast iron. Material options ductile iron, carbon steel or stainless steel. 
  • Stainless Steel input shaft, fasteners, hand wheel etc. available upon request. 
  • Supriya Gear Box is fitted with high performance axial bearings. 
  • Maintenance free, increased durability and Grease filled for life.
  • Gear Box can also be provided with removable splined bushings between the gear drive and the valve shaft. 
  • Supriya gear boxes are AWWA C504, CE marked (Machinery Directive), API6D (Suitable) and IP68, IP67 Ingress Protection certified. 
  • Special Seals and grease are provided for severe service applications. 
  • High temperature upto +200°C and Low temperature minus (-)52 °C variants are available.

2) To engage or disengage the override, pull the spring-loaded pin while rotating the declutch lever. On proper positioning it automatically locks into place.
