Planetary Spur Gear Box (P)

Planetary Spur Gear Boxes are used for control of any linear rising stem valve such as Gate Valve and Globe Valve. These are operated utilizing manual drive, electric motorized drive or pneumatic drive. Planetary Gear Boxes are used to transfer largest torque in most compact form.

  • Supriya Planetary Gear Box has wide range of ratios and torque selection. 
  • Standard housing material is ductile iron. Material options carbon steel or stainless steel is available. 
  • Stainless Steel input shaft, fasteners, handwheel etc. available upon request. 
  • Supriya Gear Box is modular and can be fitted with tandem Planetary and Inverted Spur Gear Box to achieve intended ratio.
  • Special features such as travel indicator, padlock arrangement, chain wheel arrangement, extension shaft for buried service, etc. are available. 
  • Maintenance free, increased durability and Grease filled for life. 
  • Special High efficiency and zero backlash gear boxes available. 
  • Supriya gear boxes are compatible to AWWA C504, CE marked (Machinery Directive), API6D (Suitable) and IP68, IP67 Ingress Protection. 
  • Special Seals and grease are provided for severe service applications. 
  • High temperature upto +200°C and Low temperature minus (-)52°C variants are available.
  • Longer life and trouble free performance.
