FEATURES


  • Thrust Range 50kN to 2000kN 
  • Standard housing material is ductile iron providing high strength and durability. Material options carbon steel or stainless steel are available. Gear and Pinion are made of Alloy Steel. 
  • Stainless Steel input shaft, fasteners, handwheel etc. available upon request. 
  • Supriya Gear Box is fitted with Heavy Duty roller bearings supporting both radial and axial thrust loads. 
  • Unique top entry replaceable stem nut. Optionally aluminium bronze material for corrosion and wear resistance can be provided. 
  • Maintenance free, increased durability and Grease filled for life. 
  • Gear Box is fully sealed and enclosed gearing. Ingress Protection Class IP67 and IP68 are available. 
  • Gear Box can also be provided with removable splined bushings between the gear drive and the valve shaft. 
  • Supriya gear boxes are AWWA C504, CE marked (Machinery Directive), API6D (Suitable) and IP68, IP67 Ingress Protection certified. 
  • Special Seals and grease are provided for severe service applications.
  • High temperature upto +200°C and Low temperature minus (-)52°C variants are available.

2) Supriya Bevel Gear Box is available in Compact version and Thrust-Base Version. 
3) Bevel gear Box ratios are carefully chosen to meet the manual rim effort requirements. 
4) High Thrust Gear boxes are provided as combinations of Bevel Gear, Planetary Spur Gear and Inverted Spur Gear Combinations.
5) Twin shaft versions available on bevel gearboxes with single reduction and double reduction auxiliary spur gear boxes.
6) Extension shaft for buried service available. This is achieved by additional spur and bevel combinations for ‘top operating’ requirements.
7) Suitable for use in areas with Marine application (extremely high salinity), aggressive environments, etc.
